1. Use of the Website and Service
Our Service enables users to upload or provide image files such as PNG drawings, sketches, scans, logos, diagrams, or other raster images (“Inputs”) and to generate editable DXF files and related deliverables (“Outputs”). Outputs may include vector paths, polylines, layers (where supported), and other CAD-compatible elements.
You agree to use the Website and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or Service;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access, abuse, or overload the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying methods of the Service;
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Service itself (including accounts, subscriptions, credits, or access) without permission;
- Upload or provide Inputs you do not have the right to use (e.g., copyrighted artwork owned by others) or that infringe any third-party rights.
2. Cookies and Session Data

5. Outputs, Licensing, and Ownership
5.1 Your Inputs
You retain ownership of your Inputs. By submitting Inputs to the Service, you represent that you have all rights necessary to provide them and grant PNG2DXF a limited license to use, reproduce, and process your Inputs solely to provide and improve the Service (including generating Outputs, troubleshooting, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and customer support).
5.2 Your Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable payment obligations, PNG2DXF grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Outputs you receive from the Service as described below.
The license permits:
- Personal use (e.g., hobby projects, learning, documentation),
- Commercial use (e.g., client work, manufacturing prep, CNC/laser workflows, product documentation),
- Resale/transfer as part of a project (e.g., including Outputs in a broader deliverable for a client).
License Restrictions:
- You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the Outputs as a standalone “DXF library” or stock bundle, except as incorporated into a broader project deliverable.
- You may not remove watermarks or attribution elements if any are applied on free or trial-tier Outputs (if applicable).
- You may not use the Service to convert and distribute third-party copyrighted or trademarked content you do not have permission to use.
5.3 Conversion Limitations and No Professional Advice
The Service provides automated conversion of raster images into vector DXF content. PNG2DXF does not guarantee that Outputs will be error-free, to scale, dimensionally accurate, or suitable for any specific manufacturing, engineering, architectural, or safety-critical purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating Outputs before use in fabrication, machining, cutting, construction, permitting, purchasing, or any high-stakes context. If you require certified drawings or professional validation, consult a qualified professional.
5.4 Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your access to generate new Outputs and any premium features will end at the conclusion of your billing period (unless stated otherwise at checkout). You may keep and use any Outputs you already downloaded or received under the license above, subject to these Terms.
6. Misuse and Illegal Activity
Any misuse of the Service—including illegal use, copyright infringement, providing Inputs you do not have rights to use, or redistribution in violation of these Terms—may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any active membership rights without refund.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds (if offered) are governed by the refund policy displayed on the Website at the time of purchase and/or at checkout. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us at refunds@png2dxf.com.
Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, excessive usage, chargeback activity, or clear violations of these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to the Service or other users, or appears fraudulent or abusive.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for your Inputs and the Outputs licensed to you under these Terms, all content, software, interfaces, branding, models, conversion pipelines, templates, and materials available through the Service are owned by PNG2DXF or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all ownership rights remain with PNG2DXF or its licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNG2DXF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
PNG2DXF is not responsible for errors resulting from low-quality or ambiguous Inputs (e.g., noisy scans, low resolution, compression artifacts), missing context, font substitution, loss of detail, or any decisions made based on the Outputs. You are solely responsible for verifying Outputs before any reliance or downstream use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
